First thoughts

This is the first time I've ever done a blog. Let's see, it's December 19, 2008, and it's a weird year. Real estate and stock markets are in the tank, but we're hanging in there. In about a month, Barack Obama is inaugurated as President, and I'm hopefully things will improve. Best wishes to all for the holiday season...
